ThomasLloyd is a full-service global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a diverse range of financial products and services worldwide to a select client base that includes corporations, financial intermediaries, institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Founded as an alternative asset management company in Germany 2003, we have expanded through a combination of substantial organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Today, we have an efficient integrated international business platform, offering all our core activities in Americas and Europe and select activities in the Middle East and Asia. ThomasLloyd is organised as a network comprising two business divisions: Investment Banking and Investment Management. Our Corporate Centre provides group-wide integrating functions and is also responsible for central funding.

Our strategic goals and objectives are to deliver an efficient and integrated international business through the active pursuit of clearly established core competencies in the group’s principal business areas and to be recognised as a distinctive specialist banking group. We do not seek to be all things to all people and we have well-defined, value-added business lines focusing on serving the needs of select market niches where we can compete effectively.
