Our activities are divided into two Business Divisions and the Corporate Centre:

Investment Banking
Our Investment Banking business provides research, sales and trading services, as well as advice for all structures of public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions  and provides access to the world’s capital markets for corporate, institutional, intermediary and alternative asset management clients.

Investment Management
As an investment manager, ThomasLloyd offers innovative investment management solutions across all asset classes to private, institutional and corporate clients, as well as through financial intermediaries. In connection with our investment banking and other investing activities, we make principal investments directly and through funds that we raise and manage.

Corporate Centre
Our Corporate Centre works for the business divisions, ensuring our company operates as a coherent and integrated organisation. It supports ThomasLloyd's Business through its financial control, treasury, legal, compliance, risk, marketing and communications, human resources and technology functions.
