T.U. Michael Sieg
Chairman and CEO

T. U. Michael Sieg is the Founder of ThomasLloyd Group. As the firm`s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he leads the business strategy and corporate development of the firm. In this position he has been instrumental in building the firm from a local German alternative asset management company to a full-service global investment banking, securities and investment management firm. Mr. Sieg is also responsible for ThomasLloyd`s investment management business. Prior to founding ThomasLloyd Group in 2003, he was Chief Executive Officer of SIEG Consulting, a German based management consulting firm in the financial sector which he founded in 1995. Mr. Sieg holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Bratislava. He is a German citizen.

Anthony M. Coveney
Head of Investment Banking

Anthony M. Coveney is Head of Investment Banking, has been a member of the Management Committee since 2006 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006. In his role as Chief Financial Officer up until February 2010, he was instrumental in building the group-wide finance department. Prior to joining ThomasLloyd, Mr. Coveney held senior management positions at Citibank and Bank of America in London. Most recently, he served as Head of Treasury and Investments at Riyad Bank in Saudi Arabia. Over a 25 year career in investment banking, Mr. Coveney has held executive positions at Lazard Brothers and N.M. Rothschild. Between 1992 and 1997, he was a special adviser to the Prime Minister of Great Britain. Mr. Coveney is a graduate of the University of London in Modern History, Economic History and Politics, and is a member of the Securities Institute. He is a British citizen.

Klaus-Peter Kirschbaum
Head of Investment Management

Klaus-Peter Kirschbaum is the Head of Investment Management, has been a member of the Management Committee since 2007 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009. Prior to joining ThomasLloyd, Mr. Kirschbaum worked independently as a financial consultant and held senior management and board positions at SPS Card Services GmbH and European Securities Invest SECI GmbH Wertpapierhandelsbank in Munich. In 1999, Mr. Kirschbaum moved to Citibank Private Bank in Frankfurt as Managing Director, where his primary role was to build the Private Client business in Germany. Four years earlier, he joined the bank B. Metzler Seel Sohn & Co. KgaA to become solely responsible for the leading and managing of the Private Clients Business. Previously, Mr. Kirschbaum served as General Manager for CICM Fund Management Ltd. and Managing Director of Commerzbank Europe in Ireland, acquiring and managing private and institutional clients worldwide for the Irish Financial Services Centre located under the Fund/Asset Management Division. Over the years, he held various senior positions such as Director of Human Resources and General Administration for Commerzbank Investment Management GmbH from 1987 to 1989, and Head of Marketing and Compliance Officer for Commerz International Capital Management GmbH from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Kirschbaum began his business career in 1975 at Commerzbank in Germany. He holds a degree from the Fürst Johann Ludwig School in Hessen. He is a German citizen.
