Your Mission

As an experienced international HR professional, you will work with our Chief People Officer on strategic HR projects aligned to the expected growth of the business. You will be pro-active and commercial in your approach and able to take the lead implementing new initiatives across international jurisdictions with a broad focus including Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and HR Systems & Technology. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and collaborate with other team members to drive and deliver our objective to create an internal client centric approach and to become an employer of choice. The role will report into the Chief People Officer and will be based in Zurich our international headquarters.

Key Success Criteria

  • 5 years+ experience as a senior HR professional within the Asset Management sector or more broadly in the Financial Services industry.
  • Sound knowledge of international HR best practice, cultural impact of working with diverse teams and organisational design.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with experience of transformational processes.
  • Experience creating, leading, implementing and communicating new procedures and projects.
  • Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and to operating as a hands-on practitioner.
