Your Mission

As the Interim Active Investment Manager you will support our Infrastructure Asset Management business during the absence of a senior team member. This is an interim assignment initially for 6-9 months and flexible (remote) / part time working arrangements will be considered. You will work closely with the existing team to review and monitor financial models as well as other financial, legal and commercial due diligence and to research comparable assets, investors and funds. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial information, models and for reporting accurately on the performance of our assets and investments.

Key Success Criteria

  • Experience in infrastructure and/or energy at an investment bank, private equity or project finance firm is preferable together with a deep knowledge and familiarity of financial project modelling.
  • Ability to step into an organisation and quickly grasp concepts, systems and ways of working within the asset management space.
  • Good understanding of project finance documentation, transaction structuring and execution combined with significant financial modelling, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Well recognised professional designation in finance, advanced knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Track record of taking initiative and getting involved.

Talent Acquisition Consultant

Your Mission

You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, taking responsibility for the full end-to-end recruitment process for both front-office and corporate roles. You will support the growth of our business through creative sourcing of best-in-class talent and being a strong ambassador for our brand, adequately articulating our story and culture. You will leverage social media, advertisement, headhunting and employee referrals, operating a multiple sourcing approach when required while applying a strong sense of urgency. You will create active sourcing strategies, including searching tools, professional and referral network and building a strong knowledge base of specific markets and talent pools. You will operate across a number of EMEA markets and will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.

Key Success Criteria

  • Successful track record as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in a recruitment agency or within an in-house talent acquisition team.
  • Existing experience of managing the full end-to-end recruitment process with strong exposure to the Financial Services sector.
  • Experienced in and comfortable with using active sourcing methods and working with market intelligence to shape talent acquisition strategies for front office and expert roles.
  • Strong evidence of high levels of energy and passion to create value by bringing high quality candidates to the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics, develop insights and provide guidance to support hiring decisions.

Your Mission

You will work as part of our dedicated marketing team to deliver content for Private Clients and Financial Intermediaries across a range of EMEA markets. You will be a proven, creative writer excited about the opportunity to work with an investment company with focus on impact and sustainable investing. You will be responsible for creative writing and marketing content across a broad variety of formats, media and platforms including our Website, Digital Investment Platform, Online Magazine and Blogs. You will educate and inform our target market about the benefits of what we do and the impact we have on the local communities. You will work closely with members of the Munich based marketing team and collaborate across the group. The role will be based in Munich.

 Key Success Criteria

  • Existing track record of copywriting / conceptual design gained in a communications agency, advertising company or in-house and with a degree in Communication or Media studies.
  • Existing experience in the conception and implementation of multi-channel campaigns (online, print and video).

As an experienced international HR generalist, you will be a commercially sound HR business partner and work on strategic HR projects aligned to the expected growth of the company. You will be pro-active and commercial in your approach, leading and implementing new initiatives across a number of EMEA markets with a broad focus including Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and HR Systems & Technology. Your Mission

Aligned with the development and growth of our Wholesale and Institutional business, you will establish a dedicated marketing function with a focus on EMEA clients. You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the marketing strategy and the build-out of the department, which will cover all aspects of marketing activity including investment content, website, collaterals, promotions/campaigns, partnerships and events. You will build awareness of Thomas Lloyd’s brand and investment products within the Wholesale and Institutional markets. You will collaborate across the business with relevant teams to maximize acquisition of new clients and to achieve positive results aligned to business objectives. The role will be based in Zurich and you will be a senior member of the Global Marketing and Communications team.

Key Success Criteria

  • Extensive experience as a senior marketing professional within the Asset Management sector or more broadly in the Financial Services industry.
  • Sound investment knowledge and understanding of investment terminology, previous exposure to private markets or alternative investments would be an advantage.

This role will be based in Milan with regular travel to Zurich.
