What we need

An experienced Talent Acquisition specialist from the Finance/Asset Management sector to manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process covering a team absence for approximately 6 months. Working within a small team, your role will include but is not limited to selling the company employment brand to candidates and employees, identifying channels to source qualified candidates, and executing sourcing strategies to attract candidates. Reporting into the MD Head of Human Resources, you will be joining a business that is growing at a fast pace with a high demand for talented experienced candidates at all levels and across numerous jurisdictions, predominantly across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and enhance the current processes for resourcing to drive efficiency, support scalability and maximise candidate flow
  • Lead sourcing actively encompassing multiple channels to market in multiple geographies
  • Optimise the flow of direct applications, proactive headhunting and drive the referral channel
  • Engage with line managers to ensure appropriate levels of support for the selection process
  • Manage the candidate pipeline effectively
  • Promote the employer brand to the external market and internally
  • Suggest/propose creative and innovative effective sources of talent acquisition
  • Recording and keeping up to date a range of TA metrics and analytics
  • Be aware of and have insights to the markets in which we operate and who our competitors are

What you will have

  • In depth recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the finance sector across a spectrum of disciplines either within a recruitment consultancy or in house, preferable including sales / Relationship Management roles in financial services
  • Innovative approach to talent acquisition and securing talent for the organisation across EMEA
  • Commitment to internal and external client service, ensuring continuous communication and prioritising the candidate experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good judgement, influencing skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Process driven and an analytical way of working
  • Superior organisational skills (planning, scheduling, coordinating and time management)
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver on promises
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English. Additional languages – French/German/Italian/Spanish would be an advantage
  • An impeccable work ethic, high energy with entrepreneurial flair determined to make a real impact on business performance
