Your Mission

In this role you will provide support to clients originated through the non-discretionary Financial Intermediaries channel. This will include client onboarding and executing operations on our digital investment platform (DIP) such as settlement and rebalancing client accounts. You will also provide a second level support across the full spectrum of the client lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists within the Investment Products & Services team, managing and resolving client queries while ensuring appropriate and timely responses. You will be primarily focused on the French speaking markets with ad hoc support for additional European geographies. This role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.

Key Success Criteria

  • Existing experience in a client servicing role within the Financial/Professional Services or Technology sectors. 
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations with regards to timelines as well product/service capabilities. 
  • Strong customer orientation with an ability to listen, understand and ultimately solve client requirements.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office application and able and willing to learn other software and technology. 
  • Fluent French and English with intermediate German communication skills (B2).
