Your Mission

This is a unique opportunity to lead the ThomasLloyd Foundation using your commercial acumen and experience working in dynamic environments where outcomes matter. You will play a central role in shaping and implementing the foundation’s direction and programmes, including advising and assisting with the formal incorporation. You will serve as an ambassador for the foundation, increasing awareness, visibility and donor engagement. Utilising your existing networks, you will build relationships and partnerships appropriate for programmes in our focus markets, and ensure alignment with the foundation’s mission and purpose. Connecting the foundation with the ThomasLloyd Group, you will be the champion for building and developing employee engagement activities including volunteering, fundraising campaigns and events. The role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich. 

Key Success Criteria

  • Existing management experience gained at a foundation or more broadly within the non-profit sector.  
  • Strong understanding of corporate philanthropy and social impact.  
  • Demonstrated success as a self-starter with proven experience to set up and manage successful programmes and initiatives. 
  • Experience engaging with partners and working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally and across multiple agendas. 
  • Proven ability to connect with people and build relationships that generate enthusiastic participation.
