As an experienced international HR generalist, you will be a commercially sound HR business partner and work on strategic HR projects aligned to the expected growth of the company. You will be pro-active and commercial in your approach, leading and implementing new initiatives across a number of EMEA markets with a broad focus including Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and HR Systems & Technology. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and collaborate with other team members to drive and deliver our objective to create an internal client-centric approach and to become an employer of choice. The role will report into the Chief People Officer and will be based in Zurich.
