Your Mission

As an experienced international HR generalist, you will be a commercially sound HR business partner and work on strategic HR projects aligned to the expected growth of the company. You will be pro-active and commercial in your approach, leading and implementing new initiatives across a number of EMEA markets with a broad focus including Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and HR Systems & Technology. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and collaborate with other team members to drive and deliver our objective to create an internal client-centric approach and to become an employer of choice. The role will report into the Chief People Officer and will be based in Zurich.

Key Success Criteria

  • 5 years+ experience as an HR generalist within the Asset Management sector or more broadly in the Financial Services industry.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of international HR best practice and cultural impact of working with diverse teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with experience of transformational processes.
  • Flexible in response to employee needs; maintains professionalism, confidentiality and composure under pressure with the ability to keep moving ahead.
  • Experience creating, leading, implementing and communicating new procedures and projects.
  • Adaptable to contribute to strategic initiatives and to operate as a hands-on practitioner.
