Your Mission

You will be a key member of the New Business department focused on Wholesale & Institutional prospects. You will support the team in their asset raising efforts across a range of activities and enable sales to work more efficiently. You will work closely with the sales team to respond to day to day prospect queries regarding our products and services. You will maintain and enhance our CRM system and appreciate CRM is mission critical to the New Business team while taking responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of inputs, management reporting and information. You will use your initiative and utilize your potential by being a proactive member of the team, improving processes and building networks. This role will be based in Zurich.

Key Success Criteria

  • Existing experience in a sales support role within Asset Management, Private Banking or Institutional Investors.
  • Highly experienced in CRM system management including quality measurement and data maintenance and with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Project management skills with ability to manage projects across business units, countries and hierarchies.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, fluency or proficiency in French or Italian would be an advantage.
