Your Mission

As the Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be a key member of our dedicated Wealth Management Marketing team leading digital and offline projects from brief through production while being the owner of the project and the primary contact for the whole team. You will combine your expertise in a wide range of digitally focused marketing campaigns with your outstanding project management skills, guiding your projects to great results. You will organise and prioritise project-related activities for all operational areas (e.g. editorial/image, editing/graphics, UX/UI, tech development) ensuring internal alignment. You will collaborate with members of various teams including software development within the EMEA region to drive and timely execute marketing projects. The role will be based in Munich.

Key Success Criteria

  • At least 5 years’ experience in diverse marketing topics including medium to large digital & offline projects in an agency, digital or media environment.
  • Proven track record of managing all elements of marketing projects including initiation, timeline and deadline control, resource and assignment planning while using various PM tools.
  • Strong ability to build, lead and report on digital campaigns.
  • Evidence of combining a pragmatic approach with strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality.
  • Existing SEO skills preferred.
