You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, taking responsibility for the full end-to-end recruitment process for both front-office and corporate roles. You will support the growth of our business through creative sourcing of best-in-class talent and being a strong ambassador for our brand, adequately articulating our story and culture. You will leverage social media, advertisement, headhunting and employee referrals, operating a multiple sourcing approach when required while applying a strong sense of urgency. You will create active sourcing strategies, including searching tools, professional and referral network and building a strong knowledge base of specific markets and talent pools. You will operate across a number of EMEA markets and will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.
