Your Mission

You will provide critical support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing various administrative tasks, while contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure data accuracy and quality across various stages of the recruitment process including pipeline updates through the applicant tracking system and mapping tools. You will manage interview scheduling and business requirements, interact with candidates and line managers and ensure first class experience at each touchpoint. You will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team for candidate related research through a variety of internet based resources. You will maintain and update website career pages and platforms and manage candidate applications. In addition, you will assist with various ongoing projects related to the Talent Acquisition process. You will apply a strong sense of urgency and initiative to your responsibilities and tasks. The role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.

Key Success Criteria

  • Existing experience as a Coordinator in a recruitment agency or within an in-house talent acquisition team preferred.
  • Strong evidence of professionalism as well as organizational and project management skills applied in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and identify solutions independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate well within a team and interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with detailed reporting and tracking and knowledge of HR Information / Applicant Tracking Systems.
