Your Mission

You will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team, taking responsibility for market mapping and talent sourcing across a number of EMEA markets. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultants to provide support for both front office and corporate roles. You will conduct market research, identify market & industry trends, and utilize a variety of internet based resources and search tools. You will support the growth of the business by creating and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Other responsibilities will include administrative support and other ad hoc projects. The role will be based in our headquarters in Zurich.

Key Success Criteria

  • Student or recent graduate of a Banking, Economics, Human Resources or other relevant program.
  • Strong demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition and People Management.
  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics and develop insights using various techniques.
  • Skilled in conducting market research and utilizing data to contribute to the success of a project.
  • Previous professional experience working in a corporate environment (internship or working student) is advantageous.
