You will provide critical support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing data and requirements of recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. You will maintain and manage the recruitment pipeline while maintaining data accuracy and quality ensuring full update is reflected in the status of activities. You will manage interview scheduling and business requirements, interacting with candidates and line managers and ensuring first class experience at each touch point. You will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team for candidate related research through a variety of internet based resources. You will maintain and update website career pages and support with responses on all sources of recruitment. You will apply a strong sense of urgency and initiative to your responsibilities and tasks. You will work as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and will be based in Zurich.
