ADEPA Asset Management is a subsidiary of ADEPA Global Services, which was established in 1980 as an independent global finance group for asset servicing. From its offices in Luxembourg, ADEPA Asset Management offers fund administration and management services for the private equity, real estate and venture capital industries. The company is regulated by the CSSF and the Ordre des Experts Comptables in Luxembourg and has additional offices in Italy, Spain and Chile.
European Fund Administration
European Fund Administration (EFA) is a dedicated provider of back and middle-office fund administration services. EFA's client base extends to a wide range of companies seeking administrative services for investment funds or related vehicles. Current clients of EFA include banks, management companies, hedge fund managers, insurance companies, pension schemes and etc. The company currently works with 179 fund companies and 61 management companies. Key figures in 2020: 2,461 funds under administration and EUR 140.1 billion of assets under administration.
Quintet Private Bank (Europe) S.A.
Quintet Private Bank (formerly known as KBL European Private Bankers) is a leading pan-European private banking group, operating in 50 cities in Europe. In addition to its core business of private banking, the group extends a range of additional investment solutions through its Asset Servicing (including Fund Administration and Global Custody), Global Markets and Asset Management business lines. Key figures in 2020: 2,000 employees, 400 private bankers, 200 investment specialists and EUR 85 bn of total client assets.
SIX SIS AG, a company from the SIX Group, is the central securities depository (CSD) for Swiss financial markets and an international central securities depository (ICSD) for the settlement and custody of Swiss and international securities. It operates one of the few online and real-time settlement systems in the world (SECOM), which enables market participants to process transactions via a single technical interface. SIX has 3,500 employees in 20 countries and reported operating income in 2020 of CHF 1,400 million. The rating agency Standard & Poor's has affirmed SIX Group's AA- credit rating, reflecting SIX Group's diverse operations and effective risk management. Securities services providers, SIX SIS Ltd and SIX x-clear Ltd, which are regulated as banks, each received an AA rating.
