You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, taking responsibility for the full end-to-end recruitment process for both front-office and corporate roles. You will support the growth of our business through creative sourcing, selecting and hiring of best-in-class talent. You will partner with our hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, use your experience to put together role profiles, run a structured process and manage your positions and candidates. You will operate a multiple sourcing approach including delivery of informed market mapping for senior and mission critical roles to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future strategic hires. You will be a true talent partner to the business with deep understanding of the talent market, competition and industry trends. You will operate across a number of EMEA markets and will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.
