I joined ThomasLloyd six years ago and have been very fortunate to have been afforded great opportunities to grow, learn and evolve. ThomasLloyd is a place where your hard work and contribution will be rewarded. However, more importantly is our shared and united sense of purpose and passion which is evident throughout the whole business and through everything we do. It’s incredibly motivating knowing that we are having a positive impact on the world and creating a legacy for future generations. During my tenure, I’ve been promoted three times and have worked in two different markets. In my current role, I enjoy the autonomy and flexibility which allows me to do my job to the best of my abilities.  I feel valued and supported by the business from our CEO, all the way through the organisation.
