Marius Mederer

In my seven years here at ThomasLloyd, I started in a junior role and have gone from being a technical assistant to now leading a team with responsibility for infrastructure and technology projects.

At ThomasLloyd, I enjoy the variety of work and the opportunity to continue learning and growing.  We have a flat hierarchy which allows for quick decision making and supports innovation. In my seven years here at ThomasLloyd, I started in a junior role and have gone from being a technical assistant to now leading a team with responsibility for infrastructure and technology projects. How? By being curious about what we are trying to achieve, what we can do, and then making it happen.  We have a culture of teamwork and collaboration and as we’re growing, we’re always doing what we can to help and support each other. At ThomasLloyd we always say you’re in control of your own destiny and allowed to find your place in the company.   I have been heavily supported by my manager, and my colleagues which really helped to boost my self-confidence and enabled me to really grow as a person.
