In the four years I’ve been working at ThomasLloyd as a sales professional, I appreciate and enjoy the commercial, entrepreneurial and innovative spirit which means new thinking is not only valued but encouraged.  We have a flat structure, all ideas are heard and there is the ability to work in close the proximity and have access to senior management on a daily basis. I’ve learnt to be successful at ThomasLloyd, you have to have courage, take ownership, be open to learning and developing your personal skills, and have confidence to suggest ideas, processes and improvements. My achievements have been genuinely recognised and I’ve been offered opportunities in new departments and locations.
